Bank contracts

For those leaving any patient facing roles, the Trust is able to offer shifts via the bank (casual worker arrangements).  Concerns have been raised regarding delays in the issuing of bank (casual worker arrangements).  To clarify, the current process is that prior to leaving the Trust, any requests to join the Trust’s bank should be submitted to the Senior Locality Manager or Senior EOC Manager for their approval, once approval has been given the request is submitted to HR Services so that casual worker arrangements can be issued as appropriate.
