Those who voted following Working Party 6
The 45 Day Consultation period together with the line allocation work carried out by your AGM will now be complete, (with the exception of Halstead who are due to conclude their consultation stage on 14th September). Rostering Services will have uploaded your new rota onto GRS in preparation for the go live date. Those stations with an agreed go live date will be in receipt of their 30 Day Notification of Change letter and are listed below;

Brentwood, Berkhamsted, Ely, Haverhill (Halstead – will receive their letters post 14th September)
(Please be aware the go live date for each station will vary and is indicated within the 30 Day Notification of Change Letter. If you are unsure of your own rota go live date then please contact your AGM.)

 

Those who voted following Working Party 7

You will still be in your 45 Day consultation period which started on Monday 12th August and will run until 26th September. Please contact your AGM directly if you require a meeting and or any further information.  The consultation meetings will be managed locally and can either be arranged as overtime or abstraction from shift.  Your AGM is currently undertaking the line allocation in preparation for the new rota to be uploaded onto GRS by Rostering Services during this time.  These stations include;

Attleborough, Basildon, Billericay, Borehamwood, Braintree, Buntingford, Burnham, Canvey, Chelmsford, Cromer, Dereham, Dunmow, Hellesdon, Longwater, Maldon, North Walsham, Potters Bar, Rayleigh, Rickmansworth, Royston, Sandy, South Woodham Ferrers, Tring, Watford, West Herts, Witham.

 

Those who voted following Working Party 8

The final voting period concluded on 2nd September, (unless a reason to delay voting had been previously identified and agreed with the BBR Working Group).

You will now be in your 45 Day Consultation period as of 9th September, therefore please contact your AGM directly if you require a meeting, which will be managed locally as either overtime or abstraction from shift. These stations include;

Ampthill, Beccles, Biggleswade, Bishops Stortford, Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge, Cheshunt, Downham Market, Dunstable, Fakenham, Harlow, Hertford, Hunstanton, Huntingdon, Kempston, Kings Lynn, Leighton Buzzard, Letchworth, Loughton, Luton, March, Mildenhall, Newmarket, Ongar, Peterborough, Potter Heigham, Saffron Walden, St Ives, St Neots, Shoeburyness, Southend, Stevenage, Sudbury, Swaffham, Thetford, Thurrock, Waltham Abbey, Waveney (Gorleston), Welwyn Garden City, Wickford, Wisbech

 

Those with a pre-agreed delayed vote

Some stations have previously identified and agreed with the BBR Working Group a reason to delay their respective voting period.  These stations are listed below together with their revised proceed to vote start date if this has been determined;
