Building Better Rotas Frontpage

Who’s going live and next steps

We are pleased to confirm the following stations have now gone live this week:
Berkhamsted
Brentwood
Ongar

Next steps for all remaining stations

Those who voted following Working Party 6
Rostering Services have now uploaded new rotas which will be visible to you on GRS in preparation for your go live date.

Please be aware the go live date for each station will vary and is indicated within the 30 Day Notification of Change Letter. If you are unsure of your own rota go live date then please contact your AGM.

Those who voted following Working Party 7
You concluded your 45 Day consultation period last week on 26th September. Some stations have already had their new rotas uploaded onto GRS in preparation for their go live date.

For any remaining stations, your AGM will have concluded the line allocation in preparation for your new rota to be uploaded onto GRS by Rostering Services (With the exception of Basildon RRV who started their consultation period on 26th September, due to a delay in consultation letters being issued).

Those who voted following Working Party 8
You will be in your 45 Day Consultation period, which will run until 24th October, (unless you have either concluded the process early or a reason to delay had been previously identified and agreed with the BBR Working Group). With the exception of Thurrock DSA and Wickford who started their consultation period on 26th September and will run until 10th November.

Please contact your AGM directly if you require a meeting and or any further information.  The consultation meetings will be managed locally and can either be arranged as overtime or abstraction from shift.

Those with a pre-agreed delayed vote
Some stations have previously identified and agreed with the BBR Working Group a reason to delay their respective voting period (With the exception of Basildon DSA and Thurrock RRV whose process has been delayed by local management decision).
