Go Live Dates
As you are aware, the next set of Go Live Dates will take place during January 2020 (primarily the 6th and 20th January). The new rota patterns for the stations with January go live dates have been sent to rostering services who are currently uploading them onto GRS. If not already completed, you can expect to see your new rota uploaded onto GRS and also be in receipt of your 30 Day Notification of Change Letter within the next week.

Many thanks to all working party reps, managers and staff for enabling us to get to this position.

Please remember the go live date for each station will vary and that your actual date is indicated within the 30 Day Notification of Change Letter. If you are unsure of your own rota go live date, please contact your AGM.

Trust Relief Policy
We have had employees contact us to raise concerns related to relief planning and where the relief shifts are not planned as they expected them to be under the Trust Relief Policy, either within their rotas or whilst working on a relief team. 

Please can we ask if any employees have any concerns regarding the relief planning, either within their rota or whilst working on a relief team, to contact their local management team and/or their planners in the first instance to try and resolve their concerns. 

If this does not result in the matter being resolved then please email your concerns, together with any actions already taken and with whom you have raised them, to the rota mailbox for BBR –
