Building Better Rotas Frontpage

Next week sees BBR rotas go live in Essex as we continue to implement the final stations. Please remember the go live date for each station will vary and that your actual date is indicated within your 30-Day Notification of Change Letter. If you are unsure of your own rota go live date or have not received your 30-Day Notification of Change Letter, please contact your AGM.

The new rota patterns for the stations with February go live dates have been uploaded onto GRS, so please take some time to familiarise yourselves with these patterns and any changes to your place of work, shift times etc as agreed during your consultation period.

If you are not able to view your new rota, please contact your local planning teams. 

We are continuing to work with our estates and fleet colleagues to address any outstanding issues to ensure that everything is in place for those stations with March go live dates.

Payroll changes as a result of BBR go live

As you will be aware, BBR rotas have been going live over the previous few months. Unfortunately, there has been a delay in progressing some of the changes submitted using the bulk changes spreadsheet over the last couple of months. This means that, particularly where your rota has changes to the Annexe 5 USH percentage or you have changed your contracted hours, these may not have been reflected in your recent pay. Because of this you may have been under or overpaid depending on your individual circumstances.

We apologise for this and will communicate again with you shortly regarding resolving this problem, however if you believe that you may have been overpaid, then it would be prudent, if possible, to put those monies aside enabling it to be paid back to Trust when requested. 

Under payments will be adjusted through retrospective payment in a future pay run. If your Annexe 5 USH percentage or hours has stayed the same, or your changes were notified by an individual HR2 then your pay should be correct.
