BBR weekly update

Building Better Rotas Frontpage

The new BBR rota patterns for the final stations with March go live dates have been uploaded onto GRS, so please take some time to familiarise yourselves with these patterns and any changes to your place of work, shift times etc as agreed during your consultation period.

Please remember the go live date for each station will vary and that your actual date is indicated within your 30-Day Notification of Change Letter. If you are unsure of your own rota go live date or have not received your 30-Day Notification of Change Letter, please contact your AGM.

Many thanks to all working party reps, managers and staff for enabling this achievement.

If you are not able to view your new rota, please contact your local planning teams.

We are continuing to work with our estates and fleet colleagues to address the outstanding issues to ensure that everything is in place for those stations with March go live dates.

Rota Email Address
As part of the project closure process, the BBR rota team email address will cease to be used or accessed after Friday 28th February 2020. An out of office message has been added as an ongoing reminder in the run up to this date.

In order for us to continue offering ongoing support, if any staff who are due to go live after this date have queries related to their new rotas, please contact, BBR HR advisor, who will disseminate your email to the relevant person or team for comment.

CPD Certificates
The working group are currently sending emailing out the working party rep CPD certificates and thank you letters that were announced at the town hall event when BBR phase 2 was launched. If you have not received your certificate by 25th February, please contact us.

Payroll Update

As you will be aware from our last two updates, there has been a delay in progressing some of the changes that were submitted using the bulk changes spreadsheet. These are now being processed and hopefully most employees that work in West Essex, Central Norfolk and West Norfolk will see your new pay within either the main February pay run or the supplementary (sup) run a few days later. Other areas that used the bulk changes spreadsheet are being processed so that hopefully we can complete all the changes within the March main and sup payroll runs.

We again apologise for this delay and thank all of you that are affected by this, for your continued patience, and again can we just ask that if you believe that you may have been overpaid, then it would be prudent, if possible, to put those monies aside enabling it to be paid back to Trust when requested.

Additional information and support available

If you require any other information please feel free to check out our useful BBR pages on EAST24.  If you have any further questions or require any support, please feel free to contact the BBR team at until 28th February 2020.
