Following the working party 7 meetings, your working party representatives should now be in receipt of the working party 7 packs which can all be accessed on EAST 24.

The following stations have now concluded their voting process and have proceeded to their 45 day consultation period;

Which stations are going to vote?

The following stations have indicated to the BBR team that they are now ready and will proceed to a vote week commencing 22nd July which will run until Friday 2nd August.

The vote will be based on the latest A & B options available in the latest packs shared with your Working Party Representatives and also found on EAST24.If you are eligible to vote on the above stations and wish to do so, please contact the respective AGM who will be managing the voting process for their station. Please can all the AGMs ensure for those areas ready to vote that the Proceed to Vote letter has been issued to all employees at the respective station. It is VERY important this letter is also sent to those currently absent from work, due to long term sickness, maternity/adoption leave, and those on a career break, to ensure all employees are clear of the next steps and have enough time to plan when they will vote. For those stations not yet ready to vote

For those stations who are not yet ready to vote, you will have a final opportunity to do so following WP8 week (held on the 6th & 7th August). The voting period following WP8 will run from 19th August to 2nd September 2019. 

**Therefore please note all voting will have to be concluded by 2nd September 2019**
