BBR Weekly Update

BBR What to expect from your rep

Following on from a successful week of working parties, the data packs from Working Party 5 have now been uploaded onto EAST 24.

The Longwater GM area pack, will be uploaded shortly. In the meantime, please speak to your local Working Party Representative as they will be able to share the information with you.

What to expect from your Working Party Representative

Working Party Reps, their skills, capacity and commitment are the key to delivering staff engagement during the Building Better Rotas project. An agreed Working Party Reps Charter sets out the Project and Management teams’ commitment to them; allowing them to work effectively with you, representing your views, to ensure the best possible outcome for all those whose rotas may change.

The guidance, to the right, is to help you understand the role and what you should expect from your Working Party Representative (click on image to open a PDF). We hope you find this helpful. Please contact the BBR team if you need any further assistance.
