A conference looking at the future of leadership of health and social care will be taking place in Cambridge next week, and colleagues are invited to attend.

Participants in the Elizabeth Garrett Anderson Programme, one of the NHS Leadership Academy courses, will be sharing their learning and experiences on developing leadership.

The event will also look at:

  • your mental and emotional wellbeing – this session will look at steps leaders must take to protect their mental wellbeing
  • the participant’s leadership journey – this will focus on leadership development and how personal and professional experiences impact on the ability to lead within a challenging NHS environment
  • delivering safe and effective care – this will look at the impact leadership had in realising this ambition in an ever changing environment.

The event will be taking place at the Cambridge Belfry Hotel on Tuesday, 11th October at 9.30am – 3.30pm. To book your free place, click here and if you have any enquiries, please email katrina.glaister@salisbury.nhs.uk.
