Calling all EEAST mums

What do your children think you do for a job?

To celebrate Mother’s Day this year, we’re asking children of EEAST mums what they think their mum does for a job at the ambulance service. We will be producing a short video, which will be shared internally and on our social networks, to capture these special moments.

How you can get involved:

  1. Download and print the attached 'easy sheet’. Each sheet has a question that you can ask your child and an area for your child to do a drawing of you at work. Questions to ask are:

    • What does your mum do for a job?
    • What is something you mum always says to you?
    • What makes mum happy?
    • How does your mum make you laugh?
    • What is her favourite thing to do?
    • What is your mum really good at?
    • What is your mum not very good at?
  2. Use your mobile phone to record your child answering these questions. You don’t have to ask all the questions – these are only a guide. Here's some top tips for recording a video on your mobile.

  3. Send your video and drawing to internalcommunications@eastamb.nhs.uk. Please include the name and ages of the children who feature in the video, along with your name, job title and location.

  4. Sign the consent form.

Deadline for submitting all videos and pictures is Monday 9th March
