Can you help with Restart a Heart Day 2019?

We all know the life-saving benefits that immediate and effective CPR can have on a patient in cardiac arrest.

Every year the Trust looks to support the UK’s biggest mass CPR training event, Restart A Heart Day, which is back on Wednesday 16th October, with staff and community first responders training secondary school students with those crucial CPR skills. 

All you need to get involved is… to be is free on Wednesday, 16th October and enthusiastic about delivering the lesson to small groups of secondary school students.
