Central Norfolk Wellbeing Week

Mental Health Awareness Week 2019

As part of The Mental Health Foundation's 'Mental Health Awareness Week' 13th - 19th May, staff in Central Norfolk have come together to organise a week of activities and discussions as part of their own 'Wellbeing Week'.

During the week commencing 13th - 19th May, we have pulled together some events to promote staff wellbeing.  Staff locally are encouraged to come along to join their colleagues and managers in a game of football, netball, canoeing or a gentle park run.

We also plan some drop in sessions during the week for staff to share their experiences of working on the frontline and the effects it has on them and their families in a supportive environment.

Di Chan, General Manager (Longwater) said: "I am looking forward to the feedback so we can look at rolling it again if it is something staff find useful.

"I would like to thank all of those who have put lots of work into making this happen. Its good to talk!"
