Changes to recording and managing fleet

We are changing the way we record and manage vehicles with defects, so there is a single point of contact through the PVSH (People and Vehicle Service Hub).

This is to simplify the process and make it easier for operational staff to see near real-time vehicle availability. We will link this to Make Ready, so that we know when vehicles are ready for use, in turn helping us better support frontline crews.

This will benefit staff by showing where there are vehicles are operationally available and will allow live access by LOMs (Leading Operations Managers) and other managers, to support them in their role.
