Chelmsford EOC welcomes new call handlers

Congratulations to three new call handlers who have joined us at #TeamEEAST in our Chelmsford EOC.

Our newest recruits completed their classroom training with EOC trainer, Lyn Fletcher last week and now progress on to the next part of their training; working in control with their mentors as they take live 999 calls.

Paul Frost, Senior EOC Manager said “It’s good to welcome Harry, 'Lids' and Lisa to Chelmsford EOC.  They have done very well throughout their training and I feel sure they will do very well in their new role”.
