Cleric CAD now live in Norwich EOC

On Wednesday (17th February) morning the new Cleric CAD system successfully went live in Norwich EOC.

This is the culmination of much planning, training and testing from colleagues across the Trust, and now means Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire join Beds & Herts on the new Cleric CAD system.

The project team will be reviewing the success of the roll out both in Norwich and Bedford so that they can enhance plans for Chelmsford’s go-live next month, which is currently planned for 2nd March.

Gary Morgan, Head of EOC, said: “I want to thank everyone involved in making sure this implementation went well – from the project and implementation teams and our EOC colleagues, to crews and management teams; without all of your support this would not have been possible. This project has been underway for several months and it’s only down to your efforts that we have been able to achieve implementation of such a critical system, particularly given the timescales involved.

“We knew to expect some issues and challenges on the day, as with any new system, I am delighted that Norwich EOC is now running well on Cleric and look forward to rolling out to Chelmsford in the next few weeks.”
