Coaching available for managers

Do you need extra support with your career or work?

If you are a band 6 or above manager, you can receive free support from registered coaches.

These people are part of the NHS Health Education East of England coaching register and can offer managers support whether it be work, home or career related.

If you have discussed and agreed coaching as part of your development with your manager and would like to apply for this programme, your request is submitted and then reviewed by a member of the leadership team. If you are successfully registered, you will receive a confirmation email which includes a user name and password to enable you to log in and look at the register of coaches. You will then be able to select a coach and contact them by email.
