An external audit of commercial services at the Trust has found all aspects to be “very satisfactory” and has been given a positive certification as a result.
The audit also encompassed the Trust’s Medicom and Call East service, two of a number of call centres for public and private sector clients.
The audit assessed the quality management systems, which checks the organisation meets the needs of patients/customers and other stakeholders, as well as meeting statutory and regulatory requirements.
