We are currently reviewing Compassionate Conversations as part of our work around talent management and staff engagement and need to get some feedback about your experience.

Are you getting the support you need?

The Leadership and Organisational Development Team are currently undertaking a review of our Compassionate Conversations, to make sure its meeting your needs both now and for your future career plans. 

The number of people having their annual Compassionate Conversation has increased over the last year which is great, and clearly it's important that it's a meaningful conversation which supports us all in doing the best for our patients. Please take a couple of minutes to share your thoughts on your last experience of the Compassionate Conversation.

Your feedback will support us in further developing the paperwork, guidance and training for managers with an aim of improving the quality of the conversation for everyone.

I am currently working remotely, although away from the work environment and face to face contact I feel fully supported by the team with my compassionate conversation carried out by video conferencing.

throughout my career as an ECAT clinician I have and still do feel as though we have a very good managerial team that provide assistance and support throughout. all I can say is well done.
