Congratulations to Norwich call handler

Call handler Tom has achieved his silver award for consistent call-handling excellence, which means he has passed 50 consecutive call audits.

Senior EOC Manager Brett presented Tom with his award and said: “I am really pleased for Tom on reaching this milestone and would like to thank him and all of our control room staff for their dedication to patient care.”
