Could you take part in Restart a Heart Day?

Restart A Heart 2018

Tuesday 16th October is the very first World Restart a Heart day, and we will be going out to more than 45 schools across the region, conducting half-hour cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) sessions with pupils.

Andrew Barlow, Community Response Manager for the Trust said "More than 195,000 children and young people across the country learnt CPR during last year’s Restart a Heart Day. This has been the UK’s biggest CPR training event and we’re very proud to be part of it as it goes global”.

“However, we still need members of staff to help run classes in some of our Essex and Herts locations where we have schools who have expressed an interest in taking part.”

If you would be available to lead or support a CPR training session on 16th October, please contact Andrew Barlow on 07717 375272.
