Cultural audit steering group

As you know, over the summer we asked staff for their views about the organisation as part of our cultural audit.  Over the last few months we have been processing all the results and are now wanting feedback from staff on these – watch Need to Know in the next week or so for more details about how to give your views.  In the meantime we also have a steering group, made up of staff from across the organisation who are involved in helping to shape the cultural audit and we need your help – the next meeting is on Wednesday 9^th November in Melbourn between 10.30am – 12 noon and we want to get more people involved in the steering group. This group will help shape how we respond to the results and move the Trust forwards.

Unfortunately we cannot abstract staff from patient facing duties as we do need to make sure we are providing the best possible service for patients.
