This issue has now been resolved.

We have been made aware of a current problem that is preventing some emails from being sent from the DATIX system. This is impacting all Trusts who currently utilise NHSMail to send email from the Datix system.

For those of you who have logins to Datix and access to records, please can you log in to check if any new records have been submitted as you may not have received the automatically generated email alerts.

This issue is currently being investigated by NHSMail.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused and we look forward to returning the service to normal as soon as possible.
