Datix incident notifications

It has been identified that some users of Datix are not receiving automatic email notifications about incidents.

Datix incident notification emails are being sent to the reporting person and the manager selected in the date and time of incident field.

Whilst this is being investigated, please can those of you who have access to the Datix system check your Datix accounts for any incidents that have been logged recently to ensure that these are progressed. 

UPDATE: This issue is now resolved.
