DATIX- Moving records using the Hierarchy fields

When you are moving records from one area to another in Datix using the fields below:

Please make sure that these fields are populated using the drop down options in each. Do not leave any of these fields blank.

Please also ensure that you use the ‘Send an email’ facility in Datix to notify the area you are moving the incident to so that they are aware.

It is important that these fields are always filled in, to allow for the incident to be visible to the correct team/persons. If the incident is not visible to such people, there is a higher chance that the incident will remain unmanaged, increasing the patient and staff risk, and increasing the risk of the incident becoming overdue completion.
