DATIX Patient Experiences – Record Status Buckets

We have recently had a few queries relating to DATIX Patient Experience records (i.e. complaints/concerns) and the statuses shown below.

If you have been allocated as an handler or an investigating manager, complaints and concerns will appear in the following status buckets on DATIX.

Please note that these records are open and remain open until they move to the ‘completed’ or ‘rejected’ statuses by the Patient Experience team co-ordinator.

Therefore, please check all status buckets when reviewing Patient Experiences you are managing/investigating.
