Lindsey Stafford-Scott, Deputy Chief Executive and Director of People and Culture says

“The Trust believes in a zero tolerance stance on bullying and harassment in the workplace.  As part of our #dontchoosetoabuse campaign we want to ensure all staff are aware of what bullying and harassment is, how to challenge it if you see it or experience it and where to go for advice and support.  We have set up some face to face training available to all staff and strongly encourage everyone to attend.  We all want to work in a positive environment where we can be ourselves, come along to these sessions and learn more about how you can help to make EEAST an even better place to work”
