Disabling IT accounts

The Trust is reviewing old user accounts and will be identifying and disabling any account that has not been logged into in the nine months since 13^th April.

These accounts will be left for a further 90 days, in which time they can be re-enabled by contacting the service desk and a password will be reset.

If after 90 days the user has not contacted the service desk, the account will be deleted along with any associated mailbox if applicable.
