Disabling IT accounts


The Trust is reviewing old user accounts and will be identifying and disabling any account that has not been logged into in the nine months since 13th April.

These accounts will be left for a further 90 days, in which time they can be re-enabled by contacting the service desk and a password will be reset.

If after 90 days the user has not contacted the service desk, the account will be deleted along with any associated mailbox if applicable.
