Do you have a Trust device?

If you have a Trust device, the IT team need to know to ensure it will be transferred to a potential new mobile network provider.

The Trust is in the process of sourcing a network provider for the next two years and we need to ensure all of the devices currently in operation are transferred to a new contract and user details are correct and up to date.

If you have a mobile phone or any mobile device, including a laptop with a sim card, please email itservicedesk@eastamb.nhs.uk with the following information:

  • your name
  • department
  • job title
  • line manager
  • type of device
  • make & model if known
  • mobile number
  • sim number
  • network (O2, Vodafone, EE, Enta).

This information must be shared so that your device will continue to work when the new contract starts.

If you have a device with a flat battery and you don’t have a charger, please get in touch with as much detail about it as possible; likewise if you have a device from a member of staff who has left the Trust.

It is essential that we have this information otherwise this could result in numbers being disconnected.
