If you have a Trust mobile phone connected to the O2 network, you should have received a text message last week asking you to contact the IT Service Desk to confirm your phone is still in use.

The IT department holds a database of users and numbers, but sometimes the department is not updated about changes.  A report from O2 shows a large volume of numbers that have not been used for some time, but to ensure that the team don’t disconnect numbers that are still required, they need your help.

If you have not responded yet, another text should have been sent to you over the last couple of days. Please do reply, or email the team at, as any phones not confirmed will be suspended temporarily before being permanently stopped. Thank you.
