EAAA mud-run race needs volunteers

‘Only the Brave’ is a five to 10-mile mud-run full of madness, mayhem and man-made obstacles, and it’s all in aid of our colleagues at the East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA).

With a course that winds its way around the Elveden Estate in Norfolk, the 1,200 runners are set to get very wet and muddy at the event on Sunday, 20^th March.

Although running places are sold out, the EAAA team is on the lookout for volunteers to help with marshalling, car parking, registration, and handing out goody bags etc. on that day to make sure it all runs smoothly and everyone stays safe on the course. And the best part is, you can stay warm and dry in the process!
