EEAST Pulse Survey

The Trust will be undertaking quarterly pulse surveys as an additional way to listen and see how well we’ve responded to your feedback and where improvements are still required. The survey is strictly anonymous and it’s an opportunity for all staff to feedback and give their views. The pulse surveys will support any local initiatives with the results being provided at a local level.

The pulse survey is designed to be a quick ‘check in’ with only 10 questions. It should only take around 5 minutes to complete. The first survey, however, will include a specific COVID-19 module which includes an additional 15 questions. These are specific questions so that we can understand how best to support you in our collective effort to put your health and well-being first whilst we provide the best service we can.

The responses to the survey will be handled by an external organisation, Picker. No-one from the Trust will be able to see your survey or identify your individual response.

The pulse survey will run from 17th August 2020 to 6th September 2020. You will receive an email from Picker which will contain a unique link to the survey. You can complete the survey during your regular working hours.

We appreciate your open and honest feedback.
