End of Life Study Day

An End of Life Study day, facilitated by Farleigh Hospice, is taking place on the 26th January 2021 10:00-13:00.
This training day is free and open to all EEAST clinicians and will be hosted via video conferencing so you are able to undertake from the comfort of your home/office.

The subjects covered are:

  • Learning from previous incidents
  • Palliative Care Emergencies
  • Advance Care Planning, DNACPR, PEACE and ReSPECT
  • Just in Case Anticipatory Medicines¬†

We Initially envisaged that the study would be a face-to-face session, but due to COVID restrictions we have opted to do via video conferencing, this does allow us to include more clinicians onto the session and we will try to make it as interactive as we can. It looks to be a really informative session and we are really excited that it will be delivered by clinicians from the hospice.
