Enrol now for the Calibre programme

Enrolment is now officially open for the Calibre Talent Development and Leadership Programme for colleagues who identify as neurodiverse or disabled.

• Do you have a disability and have declared this on ESR? (If you have a disability and are not sure how to disclose, please contact the EDI team).

We have 20 places available on the new Calibre Talent Development and Leadership Programme, which is aimed at people who identify as neurodiverse or disabled, or who have a long-term physical or mental health condition. You can read more about the programme here. The programme was designed by Dr Ossie Stuart an international disability consultant and academic from Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. The course is entirely funded by NHS England and will take place remotely via Teams from 15^th February 2023 to 15^th March 2023.

Registration is now live and we are inviting applications from our staff members who describe themselves as disabled or live with a long-term condition. If you would like to apply for this programme, please apply via Evolve. The closing date is midnight on Monday 31st October 2022, however it may close sooner if all the places are filled before that date. 

We understand obtaining abstraction can be challenging, but do not worry, your line manager and head of services/Ops can support you through a learning agreement to allow you to fully participate in the programme.
