ePCR and incident numbers

Now that the whole Trust is operating successfully on the new CAD system, staff will be aware that there has been a change to how incident numbers are formatted.

Please enter the CAD number into ePCR in the EXACT format as you see on the MDT. This is really important, as if the ePCR number is entered incorrectly and we need to retrieve the patient record for something like a coroners court, we can only find it if the right incident number and format is entered

The new Cleric system allocates incident numbers in this format: DDMMYY-0001, so all crews will need to enter the exact format of the incident number they receive into the ePCR.
