ePCR upgrade

NHS computer

The upgrade to the Trust’s ePCR software will be completed with the switch-over to the latest version overnight on Tuesday (19th May).

This will be a remote process but users will need to log off and back on. Further details will be provided to stations and offices in your area, so please speak to management teams for more information.

As part of the upgrade and to support security, the current Larkman1 password will be changed on Wednesday (20th May). The new password will be given to users in advance.

The upgraded version will have some limited functionality changes but these are not significant and do not require formal user training. Please contact Vanessa Strutt, IS&T Programme Manager, by email vanessa.strutt@eastamb.nhs.uk if you have any questions.

Due to the nature of the upgrade, some areas in Beds, Herts and Essex will need to return to paper for a few days but you will receive more information from your management team if you are affected.
