Go-live update for recruiting managers.

We are pleased to announce the successful go-live of the TRAC Recruitment System, which will help us streamline the recruitment process and improve communication with the applicant for a better candidate experience.

Today you will receive a welcome email from TRAC (if not already received), with a shortcut and Bookmarks for ease of use.

The intensive support period starts from Thursday 4th April when the TRAC support team will be your main point of contact related to any recruitment you are undertaking. The TRAC support contact number to call during the intensive support period is 01629 690907. Please note that the TRAC support team will be working alongside the EEAST Central recruitment team during this time and some actions will remain the responsibility of the EEAST Central recruitment team, such as setting up a TRAC account. From the 30th April, your support will be the EEAST Central Recruitment team. 

During April, you will receive regular updates through managers’ bulletins and ‘Need to Know’, as well as opportunities to attend training.

We’re keen to hear your feedback and answer any questions you may have. Please email if you have any questions regarding TRAC systems implementation and we will respond as soon as we can.
