Exec update: the relentless increase in demand

Yesterday (9^th March) Chief Executive Robert Morton issued an executive update to colleagues about the relentless increase in demand, and the impact it’s having on staff.

The update, which can be downloaded internally from East24, includes details on some immediate actions that have been agreed to reduce the trend in delayed responses to our patients.

 Please take the time to read it if you haven’t done so already, and to print and display a copy in stations, EOCs and offices wherever possible.
