“We’re looking forward to meeting people from the local community, and giving something back.” (Tiffiny Chandler)

In a bid to raise awareness about the CFR role in their community and introduce people to first aid skills, our Fakenham CFRs are holding an opening evening at the Fakenham Community Centre from 4.30pm to 8pm tomorrow night.

The evening will include a free training session on paediatric first aid, CPR demonstrations, and lessons on dressing a wound. There will also be games to teach children about saving lives.

CFR coordinator Tiffiny Chandler said: “We hope lots of parents will come along to learn what to do if their child has a medical emergency and that they’ll bring their children to learn how to save lives too. We believe everyone should know CPR.”
