Fed up counting sheep?

We, at the Wellbeing Hub, know how important sleep is to our overall wellbeing. The whole day looks different when you’ve managed a good night's sleep.

That’s why we’ve teamed up with our own EEAST research department, and the researchers at the University of East Anglia (UEA), to learn more about how you sleep, how your working patterns affect your sleep, and any knock-on effects this may have on your health and wellbeing.

We have developed a survey, which can be accessed online here. 

It is for all EEAST employees, not just clinical staff, and 1000 of you have accessed it already. This is great; we are accumulating some really important features of your working lives but would really like to get at least a couple of hundred more responses before the survey closes at the END OF MARCH.

So please do complete it.

It will take a bit of your time, but as a rigorous research study, we need to understand what is contributing to sleep and fatigue issues so we can understand what kinds of actions might help.

If you take part, you will have the opportunity to be entered into a Prize Draw to win one of 20 prizes, each of which is a £15 shop voucher (Love2Shop), and a CPD certificate for your records.
