Final farewell for much-loved colleague Lance

Final goodbyes were said to a beloved colleague in Cambridgeshire yesterday.

Lance Cox, a paramedic from Ely, passed away last month after being diagnosed with cancer.

EEAST staff were joined by police and fire colleagues and gathered outside Ely ambulance station on Thursday (26th July) to pay their respects ahead of his funeral.

Lance had dedicated the last 10 years to helping patients in the community and was a very popular and respected paramedic.

Our thoughts and prayers remain with his friends, family and colleagues.
