Final reminder for 2020 Flu Campaign

All flu clinics will end this Friday (4th December). Due to the COVID vaccination programme commencing in the near future, we have been instructed to ensure that all flu vaccinations are undertaken by this date. This is because there needs to be a clear 7-day gap between the flu vaccine and COVID vaccine.

Having the flu vaccine stops flu spreading and protects those who are at increased risk of complications. Protect yourself, your family, and your patients. 

There are still flu clinics available, so please take a look at the flu clinic page on Need to Know to find your nearest clinic. If you are unable to get to one of our clinics, please email at the earliest opportunity and the flu team will be able to arrange for you to receive your vaccination.

If you have received your vaccination elsewhere, please complete this form and send it back to the flu team on the above email address. Please include your eight-digit staff number, which can be found on your payslip, or can be provided by your line manager.

Once the campaign has ended you may still be able to obtain a vaccination from another provider, such as your GP or pharmacy. If you do decide to do this, please notify us on the above form, and ensure that you leave the seven-day gap before you receive your first COVID vaccination.

The second prize draw will take place on Tuesday 8th December, and winners will be notified soon after.
