Gender pay gap survey

EEASTs AWE network are working with the EDI Team at actioning the Gender Pay Gap Plan for the Trust.

They have put together a short survey to gain an understanding as to how females within the service feel about development and progression.

The short survey should only take a couple of minutes to complete, and the network would greatly appreciate your contribution. You can access the survey here.
