Get in touch! Online contact form to reach the communications team

Following some excellent feedback from a patient-facing colleague, you can now drop a quick line to the Communications team through just a couple of clicks on East24.

A short form can be found on the home page, set up with a few prompts and spaces for information or news for the attention of staff and volunteers or the public, or both.

Joy Hale, Head of Communications, said: “We want to cover as much news as we can both internally and externally, but a few factors can make this harder and we’ve never really streamlined it enough. Using this form takes three or four minutes – you might have a suggestion about something useful to share in Need to Know, flag up a patient contact that went well so we can set up a meet-up, or tell us that you or your team are reaching a milestone. It has space for CAD number if relevant, your contact details and locality, and a brief description of what you need us to follow up. We can’t promise to follow up every single contact, but it’ll help our team try and capture what we can around the six counties.

“Of course, we can still be reached by phone or email communications@eastamb.nhs.uk when that’s more appropriate, but we hope the form comes in handy for when you just want to drop us a quick line and move on.”

Remember, you can also What’s App the team using this number [07739 325263 - for more details click here); it’s particularly useful for sharing photos if you’re out and about and want to get in touch quickly.
