Golden boy Matt receives EOC accolade

Congratulations to Call Handler Matt for achieving his gold award for consistent call handling excellence.

The gold award recognises call handlers who have achieved 100 consecutive audits of high compliance.

Matt was presented with his certificate and pin by Regional Head of EOC, Gary Morgan who thanked him for his hard work and recent efforts as a mentor. Matt’s high standards of patient care put him in good stead for his student paramedic course, which starts soon.
