Great Yarmouth walk-in centre closing

NHS logo

At the end of this month, the Greyfriars walk-in centre in Great Yarmouth is closing.

The last patients will be seen at the Howard Street South centre on Wednesday, 28th September.

The Great Yarmouth and Waveney Clinical Commissioning Group, responsible for NHS services in the area, is running a campaign during September and October to make people aware of the closure and the range of alternative services. This includes a poster campaign in Great Yarmouth, and information for pharmacies, dentists, schools, holiday parks and GP practices.

Our Norfolk and Suffolk teams are asked to share this information with colleagues as needed to ensure we’re giving accurate and up-to-date advice to patients about where they can access healthcare services.
