*update* As of 3pm on 12th May:

The External GRSWeb has been temporarily rolled back to the original version due to the problems viewing the new site. There are now two links on the GRSWeb screen - please use GRS – GRS External Access for All Users.

 

External GRSWeb: 

GRSWeb is currently not working as expected when accessed from an external computer, tablet or mobile. We are working on solution and will let colleagues know when it has been resolved. 

Internal GRSWeb: 

GRSWeb is available internally from our intranet (East24), but some staff may find some display issues; some people have reported that the tabs for annual leave summary, booked absences, leave requests and TOIL are missing under the section ‘my leave records’ section. 

This can be corrected by making an amendment to your browse settings: 

  • Go to ‘Tools’ on the internet explores toolbar
  • Select ‘compatibility view settings’
  • Remove the tick from ‘display intranet sites in compatibility view’
  • If eoe-esgrsweb is listed in the ‘Website you’ve added to compatibility view’ box, highlight and remove
  • Click on close.
