Guidance for collection of blood samples in Norfolk

Guidance on the collection of blood samples in Norfolk is now available on East24.

The Trust and the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital has worked on a collaborative agreement to enable routine blood samples to be collected for some of the patients coming into the emergency department via ambulance.

It’s hoped this will allow prompt diagnosis of urgent medical conditions and to lead to earlier treatment.
