Happy birthday to the Five Year Forward View!

On the first anniversary of the Five Year Forward View, the NHS Confederation has produced a visual guide to show what three areas of change the landmark document focuses on.

Published by the national bodies in October 2014, the Forward View articulates why change is needed, what change might look like and how it can be achieved.
