It’s getting darker and winter is coming – so why not brighten someone’s day by recognising their efforts with a Hidden Gem award?

Our Hidden Gems scheme awards staff who exemplify the values of the organisation; care, teamwork, quality, respect and honesty. They’re probably someone who always says ‘they’re just doing their job’, but what they do makes a big difference to you or your team.

So if you have appreciated working with someone recently, make sure you nominate them for a Hidden Gem and they will receive a framed certificate and a personal letter from Chief Executive Robert Morton.
