Have you had your flu jab?

Boost your immunity this winter

Have you had your flu jab?

Flu and Covid-19 are likely to be circulating at higher levels so increase your protection this winter with a flu and covid booster vaccine. Being healthy won’t stop you getting the virus or passing it on. You can still pass the virus on even if you don’t have symptoms. Protect yourself, your family and friends and patients.

Please report your vaccines

It is essential that you let us know if you have had your vaccines, either externally or internally, or if you have chosen not to get the vaccines. Please fill in the simple form, which will only takes only a few minutes to complete, by clicking here.

Thank you to everyone who has either had a vaccine so far or completed the appropriate forms to say you have declined or had it elsewhere, your participation is greatly appreciated.

If you have any further questions or concerns, please email Covid.booking@eastamb.nhs.uk

More flu clinics are available in your area.

Flu clinics are available across the Trust and clinic dates are advertised here, on Need to Know. If you don’t see an available slot that suits your needs, there is the possibility for drop-in and rolling clinics so please speak to your covid lead as detailed on the flu clinic page.

Mid and South Essex and Hertfordshire and West Essex are currently the most boosted sectors. For all the other sectors there is still time to get yourself jabbed.

 Covid Boosters

All employees can book a Covid-19 booster jab via the National Booking Service here.  For the National Booking Service, you will need to self-declare as a HCSW at the time of booking.

On attendance of your appointment, you will need your Trust ID confirming your role within the Trust. If you are a non-clinical member of staff, we will provide you with the Trust's letter of support detailing your eligibility for the Covid-19 booster jab. This letter, alongside your Trust ID, will need to be shown when you attend your appointment. You can download the letter here.
